Ch. Shujaat refuses to remove names from CEC

ISLAMABAD: President Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) Ch Shujaat Hussain on Thursday refused to delete the names of the party members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) on which Hamid Nasir Chatta had raised objections.

Sources said, in this regard a close political aide of Hamid Nasir Chattha, Iqbal Dar held a meeting with Ch Shujaat Hussain Thursday to communicate Chattha’s demand to delete the names of the members on which some members of the party had raised objections.

But, the sources said, Ch Shujaat refused to delete the names saying if Hamid Nasir Chattha had some objections, he should himself delete the names of the CEC members. Sources further said Iqbal Dar also asked Shujaat to add the name of Sumaira Malik in the CEC of the party, but it was refused too, by Ch Shujaat Hussain.
