"18th February elections are a farce and national movement would continue even after the election. Maulana Fazl ur Rehman is participating in election from JUI platform and no component party of MMA is contesting from MMA platform", Qazi Hussain Ahmed said while addressing Peshawar District Bar He said, Lawyers are playing a key role in stabling political system and freedom of judiciary, also stressed on nation that they must became the part of their movement. Govt. silence on Bomb blasts shows that it is working for the interest of US. Interim govt. must be established in country instead of national govt, he said. Qazi Hussain demanded to Army Chief Gen. Ashfaq Kiani to stop interference of army in politics and withdraw armed forces from swat and tribal areas and he must refuse to sit in National Security Council. He said an interim govt. must be established with the consultation of all political parties and make ensure the transparent and free election under the supervision of interim govt. Qazi Hussain admired the lawyers’ movement and demanded for restoration of constitution, and all suspended judges. |
