A citizen’s address to his nation

My fellow compatriots,
Asalamoaliekum!
The 27th of December is indeed a black day for the entire nation. The nation once again witnessed a heinous act that took the life of the daughter of the east, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. Not only Pakistan, but also entire mother Asia has lost a brave daughter. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was a martyr himself, and keeping the family tradition, his daughter died a martyr as well.
However, this tragedy is not just an event to sit down nor is it an event for creating chaos. What has happened is enough. This event is a lesson –a lesson that reminds us of the dark chapters of history that are now closed. Furthermore taking to the streets for nothing is not the answer. Time has come that we escape…escape from the repetition of history, escape from the nozzles of guns and other weapons, from the war between God and Man, from the effects of unemployment, the wounds of child laborers, the tears of the orphans, the screams of the injured,…time that we escape from the cycle of poverty, the pain of starvation, the horror of terrorists, the terror of militancy, soldiers of the enemy, the clutches of dictatorship, the lies about democracy, the slogans of falsehood, the voices of the deprived and the enemies of Allah and his creation.
The enemies of the nation will keep exploiting the country unless or until her citizens unite. Unite with a new spirit, a new passion, anew cause and new destiny. We have spent enough time (honestly, decades!) worshipping others. We must make an original aim. Just look at our culture: it is confusion! You will see women without any thing in the name of a dupatta or anything and mostly western clothing on our so-called Pakistani TV channels! The people have forgotten our eastern arts and have contaminated these with supposedly ‘new’ additions or fields –music, painting, poetry, architecture, drama, fashion, dance, film, and every thing! Furthermore, we have have begun disgracing our own language! The word ‘Islam’ is considered an abusement, let alone ‘Islamic.’ I have stated a few of the million other examples I could quote. We must now revive our political motivation with eastern and Islamic values, traditions morals and ethics. Time has come that we become an original nation and wipe out corruption.
The movement has already started and is ready to embrace the masses if you the masses join! An organization is already being formed to achieve the goals mentioned above. It does social/humanitarian, Islamic, cultural heritage, relief, arts and crafts (all kinds of arts/humanities) and promotion of the love for learning. Its primary aim is peace. I have the honor of leading it. I request you to join me in this movement and let us clean this land and make it paradise!

Finally, I would conclude stating that breaking cars would get you nowhere; however, there exists great reward-spiritual and worldly, healing the wounds on the hearts of people who have lost all hope but Allah. AllahuAkbar.

Regarding my organization, as you must have read in the article that I've stated the basic sections the org operates in. The basic purpose is service to humanity. The basic operations are in reference to reforming the society, helping the needy, guiding the youth, preserving eastern/islamic values and ethics, promoting love for learning, flourishing arts/humanities and so on. The org is willing to join politics by forming a political party, if possible, to aid in its motives. The organization accepts people from all roud the world, indiscriminte about everything. Anyone willing to join just has to mail on the stated email address....

A:the general public. We accept anything at all. How ever our biggest plea is th get us poeple. This plea was answered with the arrival of threee willing members.

A:you mean what we've got or what we've given? please verify.

A:Since we came into being in late september and got serious by december, we've arranged for the projects with others [jointly] as yet:
-Project with VHO to provide medical assistance in villages
-50% completetion of a small collection of islamic knowledge that shall be complied as a software.
-agreements with groups and individuals about various projects
-currently we're disrtibutuing the small collection of resouces we have reserved for the purpose.
from the above answers it is evident that our organization's only set back is lack of man power. otherwise we knwo what to do.

Thanks alot for your beautous words. In refernce to your view on Ms.Naqvi's question, my answer in that case is:
A good friend of mine belongs to an organization that supports new organizations [just like mine] esp. those related with arts and crafts. The support includes release of funds. therefore, the only problem now is man power and registration.

Any website you have developed for ur organization or not?

currently, we have no website...nor de we need one. we have a more direct way of interation....we use emails thorugh are address: fanoonehayaat@hotmail.com. The main reason is that this way we control who joins or not and I, the leader, can have a transparent view of what's going on. All members are allowed to manage new commers. The new commers are basically informed about the email in person so that we know excatly who is safe and who is not [since the org of course invloves money]. This system how ever has been halted/suspended till march'08 because of the fact that currently I'm working on something more important. [sorry can't disclose that yet...i hope you don't mind]. Furthermore, till march we'll have more man power and thus we might register our org [depending on man and money].
