    Born on July 21, 1969, Muhammad Raza Hayat Harraj has been elected for his first term as MNA on PPPP ticket. Later, he joined PPPP-Patriots. He currently serves as Minister of State for Overseas Pakistanis Division.
    A barrister by profession, he received his LL.B (Hons.) Degree from University of Leicester, UK in 1992. Earlier, he graduated from University of the Punjab, Lahore in 1989.
    He is married and is the father of a son and a daughter. He has visited many countries including U.K and U.S.A.
